SUMIYOSHITAISHA
The Sumiyoshi Taisha, one of the country’s most popular shrines to visit at New Year, enshrines three Shinto gods, as well as the Empress Jingu, and the Main Hall, with its four separate structures, is registered as a National Treasure. The Sumiyoshi Park, which bustles in spring when the Flower Festival is held, is Osaka's oldest public park, having been opened in 1873.
