Bathing method

1) Please bring the necessary bathing goods such as face towels and bath towels provided in the guest room.

■ Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. are provided in the large communal bath. Hair dryers, tissue paper, etc. are provided at the dressing room.
■ Cotton / cotton swab sets, hairbrushes, hair bands, shower caps, and razors are available in public spaces.
■ Please use the drawstring bag provided in the guest room as an accessory case.
■ You may change into a yukata and slippers in your room.

2) Please take off your footwear and slippers to enter the men's bath (marked by the blue curtain) for men and the women's bath (marked by the red curtain) for women.

3) At the dressing room, take off all your clothes, remove the precious metals, put them in a locker or basket, and enter the bathroom with a face towel and necessary bathing goods (do not bring bath towels into the bathroom).
Please lock the locker and be sure to bring the key with you (valuables are also kept at the front desk).

4) To acclimatize your body to the temperature of the water and keep the bathtub clean, please take a shower or a hot water bath in a tub to clean your body before entering the bathtub.
■ The point is to bathe from a distance from your heart, such as your limbs!
■ It is not necessary to wash thoroughly with body soap, etc., as the keratin of the skin may be removed and the stimulus of the hot spring may be lost.

5) Take a bath and enjoy the bath. If you take an open-air bath in the cold season, your blood pressure tends to rise due to the cold outside air, so warm your body in the indoor bath before taking it.

6) Use shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. to wash your body cleanly in the washing area. After washing, rinse with hot water. At that time, be careful not to let the hot water in the shower splash on the customers around you.

7) Enter the bathtub again and enjoy the bath.

8) Get out of the bathtub, wipe your body with a face towel, wipe the soles of your feet with a mat at the bathroom entrance, and then return to the dressing room.
■ The point is not to wash off the hot spring ingredients on your skin with a shower or hot water!

9) At the dressing room, wipe your body thoroughly with a bath towel and then put on your clothes.
Please do not bring your locker key home.
!! Please check the lockers and baskets for any items left behind.
