How do I replace the element?
The exchange method is described in this URL. If you have any questions, please contact us separately.
Where is it manufactured?
It is manufactured in our factory in Japan.
What is the delivery time after placing an order?
Standard small cleaners (SE/BU) take about one week, standard OSCA (medium and large) cleaners take about one month, and filters and elements are available for immediate delivery if they are in stock. Delivery times for custom-made oil cleaners vary depending on the parts configuration.
If you require urgent delivery, we will do our best to accommodate your request, so please feel free to contact us.
How should I select a model?
We will confirm your requests (industry/field, machine/equipment name, target liquid/location of use, oil type, oil/liquid tank capacity, desired processing volume, desired contaminant removal details, on-site inspection, etc.) and our experienced staff will select the model.

Is this a Japanese company?
We are a Japanese company that has been in business for 51 years.
What is the replacement period for the element?
The oil purification element that captures contaminants and moisture becomes clogged, causing high oil pressure. A pressure increase of +0.15 MPa or more compared to the initial pressure setting is the guideline for replacement. Alternatively, we recommend replacing the filter every six months to a maximum of once a year.
