Visitors from overseas, the hearing impaired, and those who find it difficult to hear, such as the elderly, may experience difficulty understanding announcements playing in the street. Yamaha Corporation has developed "Omotenashi Guide", a revolutionary technology to take an announcement's spoken data and display it, without the need for transmission. In connection with the multilingual content generation and updates possible with QR Translator technology, we have started to jointly develop a service.
