Questionnaire Implementation Guidelines
■ Questionnaire acceptance period
Thursday, October 27, 2022 to Sunday, Tuesday, January 31, 2023
■ Present target
One hundred people who have a nationality other than Japanese and who have answered the questionnaire during the acceptance period will be selected by lottery.
■ Gift contents
Amazon gift card worth 2,000 yen
■ How to receive gifts
You will receive an email from Amazon Japan in Early January 2023. Please register the Amazon gift card number described in the email to your Amazon Japan account and use it.
■ Precautions

You can only answer the questionnaire once per person. If you answer multiple times or if it is determined to be incorrect, it may be invalid.

To receive the gift, it is necessary to enter your email address in the survey form. Incomplete entries will be invalid.

Amazon gift cards will be sent by email from Amazon Japan. Please be careful if you have set spam filters for your email. Even if you lose your e-mail, we will not reissue it.

Amazon gift cards can only be used at Amazon Japan and Japanese EC websites that have introduced Amazon Pay. It is not available for Amazon in other countries. For details on how to use Amazon gift cards, please check the Amazon Japan website.
■ About the operator : Shikoku Pilgrimage Information Center
The Shikoku Pilgrimage Information Center is working to improve the environment for foreign visitors so that they can safely and comfortably travel around the Shikoku pilgrimage area.
This activity began in May 2021 after the Hyakujushi Economic Research Institute* was commissioned by the Shikoku Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
As one of the projects within the Hyakujushi Economic Research Institute, we operate the Shikoku Pilgrimage Information Center, offer information on the website. We have created a system of tourist service centers, and evaluations conducted by foreign monitors.
*The Hyakujushi Economic Research Institute is a regional bank-affiliated think tank based in Kagawa Prefecture with a mission of regional revitalization.
