Miso Soup

Pour the water and Agoiri Katsuo Furidashi into a pot and boil. Once boiling, simmer for three to four minutes.

Add the wakame and tofu cut into small cubes to 1. Mix in the miso. Serve in a bowl. Dress with the green onion.
*The salt of the miso will be added to the dish. This will make it taste slightly salty. Therefore, please make sure not to use too much miso.
