Pour the water and Agoiri Katsuo Furidashi into a pot and boil. Once boiling, simmer for three to four minutes. Add the soy sauce and mirin as you like to perfect the taste.

Add the udon noodles to 1 and boil. Once boiled, serve in a porcelain bowl.

Dress 2 with the kamaboko and green onion to complete.
