Flavor description and other data
Harada features a refreshing scent that reminds you of green apples and a grain-tinged full-bodied fragrant touch. When you hold it in your mouth, it seems young at first, after which an overall tasty impression follows. The aromas of this sake are initially fresh, but the core flavor is solid and free from the influence of modern sake trends. In order to make the most of the young taste of Harada, enjoy it chilled and in a large glass.

Brewer
Brewery introduction: We are one of the oldest breweries in the prefecture, with a history of about 200 years. Our original brand name was the same as the company name, Hatsu Momidi. We stopped production for a short time, but in 2005 the brewery was reborn as a compact, climate controlled facility that allows us to brew year-round, and we began to use as our brand name the surname of the owner, Harada. All of the sake we brew is junmai made using only rice grown in Yamaguchi prefecture, including Yamada Nishiki and Saito no Shizuku.
