Key point=The best way to defrost is to use running water over the packaging until it is ready to be cut.
1. Hamachi Sashimi
Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with Soy sauce and Wasabi .
2. Hamachi Salad
Slice into bite-sized slices and toss with your favorite vegetables such as lettuce and cabbage. Garnish with parsley and serve with dressing of your choice.
3. Hamachi Carpaccio with diced Fruits and Vegetables
Cut seasonal fruits such as kiwi, orange, and pineapple, and combine them with purple onions, tomatoes, Italian parsley, and chopped Hamachi/Yellowtail. Mix with Olive oil and ground Pepper.
4. Hamachi and Avocado olive oil salad
Cut an onion and green onion into small pieces(a), and take out the Avocado with a spoon(b). Cut the Hamachi/Yellowtail into small pieces(c), mix everything with olive oil and ground pepper, and serve on the avocado shell.
5. Hamachi bowl
Cut the Hamachi/Yellowtail into slices(a) and cut onions and green onions into small pieces(b).Place rice in a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds,and arrange the Hamachi(a) on top.
After serving(b),top with wasabi and enjoy with soy sauce.
6. Teriyaki Hamachi
Make teriyaki sauce in a pot. Mix soy sauce and mirin in a ratio of 2to1(a), cut into large slices in a separate frying pan,fry Hamachi/Yellotail with garlic oil until both sides are brown(b),then add(a). After serving the Hamachi/Yellowtail mixed with the rice bowl sauce, top with your favofrite vegetable.Enjoy.
7. Fried Hamachi
After cutting Hamachi/Yellowtail into bite-sized pieces, marinate it in a mixture of grated ginger, mirin, and soy sauce. Take it out after marinating, shake off excess sauce, sprinkle with rice flour and fry in oil.Finish by topping it off with seasonal vegetables.
