From February 19th to 21st, we will carry out update work on the disaster prevention administrative radio base station. During this period, there will be times when broadcasts from outdoor loudspeakers and door-to-door receivers in the city and automatic distribution related to the National Instant Alert System (J-ALERT) will not be available. Amagasaki Department Store, an online shopping site for Amagasaki products operated by the Amagasaki Tourism Bureau, has opened. The site features some of Amagasaki City's representative souvenirs, ``Amamiyage'' certified products, as well as original products from the tourism bureau. However, if you wish to receive deductions for medical expenses, life insurance premiums, etc. for personal municipal tax and prefectural tax, you must file a tax return.
If you are eligible for a refund of income tax or special income tax for reconstruction, please file a final tax return for income tax or special income tax for reconstruction.

◆ Final tax return via e-tax You can prepare and send your final tax return from home using your smartphone or computer from the National Tax Agency website. Please use all means.
◆ The tax return venue will be opened at the Amagasaki Research Incubation Center (Doi-cho 7-chome). Opening times are weekdays from February 16th to March 15th and February 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (consultations accepted until 4:00 p.m.). Registration may end early depending on the number of visitors.
A numbered ticket is required to enter the venue (not required if consultation is not required, such as when submitting a completed tax return). Numbered tickets will be distributed at the venue on the day, but there is a limit to the number of tickets. Advance issuance is also possible through the National Tax Agency LINE official account .
Please note that during this period, tax return consultations and tax return preparation will not be available at the tax office building. Please also note that we will not be accepting consultations regarding inheritance tax during this period.
◆ Change of address for submission by mail The address for submitting tax returns and applications has been changed to Osaka Regional Taxation Bureau Business Center Hanshin Branch (3-11-46 Jakuoji, 6-6-1 – 8-5-2-2).
③: Personal business tax declaration
Personal business tax is a tax levied by the prefecture on businesses such as goods sales and manufacturing that are run by individuals. Tax is payable on income earned during the previous year.
Those who have filed a final income tax/reconstruction special income tax return are not required to file a personal business tax return. However, if you discontinue your business during the year, please submit a declaration to the Nishinomiya Prefectural Tax Office within one month (within four months if your business closes due to death).
④: Deadline for payment of property tax and city planning tax
The deadline for paying the fourth period of fixed asset tax and city planning tax is February 29th. Please pay at a financial institution or convenience store as soon as possible. If you have difficulty paying due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Taxation Division by telephone.
