▷ Relocate the emergency clinic for holidays and nighttime use to the south side of City Hall

On Saturday, November 1st, the Holiday and Nighttime Emergency Clinic will be relocating to the south side of City Hall. The clinic will continue to provide emergency medical care for sudden fevers and abdominal pain at night and on holidays. Medical departments include internal medicine, pediatrics, ophthalmology, and otolaryngology. Reception hours vary depending on the medical department. Patients can use City Hall's No. 1 and No. 2 parking lots free of charge.
In addition, due to the relocation, the current Holiday and Nighttime Emergency Clinic will close after its final session on Monday, October 31st.

City taxes and other taxes are important sources of revenue needed for the maintenance and management of public services and facilities that are essential to daily life, such as welfare and education. Please pay your taxes by the due date.
Deadline for payment of the third installment of individual city and prefectural taxes and forestry environment taxes
The deadline for the third installment of the individual city and prefectural resident tax and forestry environment tax is October 31st. Please pay at financial institutions, convenience stores, etc.
If you have difficulty paying
If you are temporarily unable to pay your taxes due to illness, injury, unemployment, or a disaster, you may be able to apply to the city for a deferral of collection or a postponement of the liquidation of assets due to collection procedures, generally for up to one year. Please consult the Taxation Division.
What happens if I default on my taxes?
In order to maintain fairness with those who pay on time, we impose late fees and take other measures against those who are in arrears.
For those who do not respond to tax demands, we will investigate and seize assets such as savings, wages, accounts receivable, life insurance, real estate, etc. in accordance with the law. We may also enter and search the homes and businesses of delinquent taxpayers (forced on-site investigations).
If you do not pay by the due date, your property may be seized. To avoid forgetting to pay, please use the convenient direct debit system.

▷ Suspension of issuance of family register certificates

▷ Festivals held in each district
Plum Plaza Festival
From October 15th to 19th, from 9am to 9pm (until 5pm on the 19th), there will be an exhibition of works by registered groups at the Chuo Kita Lifelong Learning Plaza. On Sunday, October 19th, from 10am to 3:30pm, the same plaza will also host a stage performance by the same groups. No registration required. Muko Festival
On Saturday, October 25th, from 10am to 3pm, Nishi Muko Park will host booths for children to enjoy, as well as a stage where local residents can present the results of their daily activities. Oda Festival

Tachibana Festival
The event will be held on Sunday, November 2nd from 10am to 4pm at Tachibana Minami Lifelong Learning Plaza and other locations. There will be a stage, food stalls, and experience booths. ▷ Mukogawa Higenowatashi Cosmos Garden opens

At the Mukogawa Higenowatashi Cosmos Garden, located between Tsunematsu 2-chome and Nishikonyo 4-chome, approximately 5.5 million cosmos flowers planted by local residents and others will bloom in brilliant colors. This year, the garden is scheduled to open from mid-October to late November. A temporary parking lot will be open during the garden opening period. The temporary parking lot is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The last entry is at 3:30 PM. The fee is 500 yen for standard cars and 2,000 yen for large buses.

A workshop by Japanese painter Tatsuya Tanaka, recipient of the Cultural Future Encouragement Award, will be held at Sonoda Higashi Lifelong Learning Plaza on Saturday, November 29th from 10:00 a.m. to noon and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Eligible participants: People aged 5 and over. Children in the third grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. First come, first served: 15 people per group. We have received various opinions from the public regarding the construction of a new library that combines the rental functions of the Kita Library and the Women's Center Trepier. Based on these opinions, we have created a basic plan (draft) that summarizes the basic direction of a series of public facility construction policies and maintenance, management, and operation, and we will be holding a discussion meeting.

Amagasaki City will open a child consultation center in April next year to provide seamless, consistent support to children and their families. A variety of events will be held to mark the opening of the center.
What you need to know about foster parents Let's make an Ama family together
◆Off-site lectures On Monday, October 10th, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, at the Chuo Kita Lifelong Learning Plaza, there will be an explanation of the foster care system and stories of foster parents. 50 people on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications can be made by phone or via a dedicated form from October 6th to the Child Consultation Center Establishment Preparation Department.
◆Exhibition: At the Central Library until October 29th, and at the North Library from October 31st to November 26th, there will be an exhibition of books and panels about foster parents. Both are open from 9am to 8pm (until 5:15pm on Sundays and public holidays). Closed: Mondays (Tuesdays if Monday is a public holiday).
A network of support connected by the local community
◆Opinion exchange meetings will be held on Tuesday, October 21st at Oda Minami Lifelong Learning Plaza, on Friday, October 23rd at Coop Sonoda store and Sonoda Higashi Lifelong Learning Plaza, on Saturday, October 25th at Osho Kita Lifelong Learning Plaza, and on Monday, November 10th at Muko Nishi Lifelong Learning Plaza, where you can interact with local supporters. ◆Movie viewing and social gathering: A screening of "Breath of Unraveling" will be held on Sunday, October 12th from 10am to noon at Sonoda Gakuen University. Limited to the first 30 people. ▷ Accepting applications for daycare centers etc. from April next year

Applications will be accepted from October 27th for use of public and private nursery schools, daycare centers, and certified childcare centers (type 2 and type 3 certified) from April next year. Application forms will be distributed from October 1st at the Child Admissions Support Section, the North and South Welfare Consultation and Support Division, each district health and welfare application reception desk, and each nursery school, daycare center, certified childcare center, and small-scale childcare business.
Eligible: People who wish to receive childcare at a nursery school or other facility from April next year, and who will receive either Category 2 or Category 3 certification under the new child and childcare support system. To receive certification, you must meet the criteria for the need for childcare. Application: Apply by mail from October 27th to November 14th to the relevant department.
If you find that you need childcare after the application deadline, we will accept your application at any time, but we will prioritize those who applied within the application period.
