!! Please be sure to check the evacuation route and emergency exit in advance.
!! In the event of an emergency such as a fire or earthquake, we will notify you by emergency broadcast, so please follow the staff's instructions and evacuate calmly.
When evacuating, never use the elevator.
!! How to evacuate in case of fire

1) Wet the towel with water and cover your nose and mouth to prevent inhalation of smoke.
2) Lower your posture, select an evacuation route opposite to the direction of fire and smoke, and evacuate along the wall.
3) Be sure to close the door when leaving the room to prevent the spread of fire and the spread of smoke.
!! All rooms are non-smoking, so please smoke in the smoking area on the 1st floor lobby.
Even if the room is a smoking room, please refrain from smoking as it may cause a fire.

Check-out and curfew

◆ Check-out time is 10:00.
◆ The curfew is 23:00. If you want to go in and out beyond the curfew, please contact the front desk (extension number 9) in advance, and when you return, please call with the buzzer next to the entrance.

About guest rooms

◆ The doors of the guest rooms are not auto-locked, so please check the lock when you leave the guest room or go to bed.
◆ For extension calls, pick up the handset and dial the room number.

◆ In-room massages (charged) are available, so please contact the front desk (ext. 9) if you wish.
◆ Yukata is available in the guest rooms, but if you would like a different size, please contact the front desk (ext. 9).
◆ Cotton / cotton swab set, hairbrush, hair band, shower cap, and razor are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.
