Introduction
Internet connection service using free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Use it after entering the ID and the password.
! For any inquiry and request, or in case of an emergency such as sudden illness or injury, contact the Front Desk (ext. #9).
! Make sure to check the evacuation route and emergency exit in advance.
! In case of an emergency such as a fire or an earthquake, announcement is made via emergency broadcasting. Following directions of the staff, evacuate calmly.
When evacuating, never use elevators.
! How to evacuate in case of fire
1) Wet a towel with water and cover your nose and mouth not to inhale smoke.
2) Crouch down, select the evacuation route opposite to the direction of outbreak of fire/fume and evacuate along the wall.
3) For prevention of spreading fire and fume, make sure to close the door when leaving your guest room.
! No smoking is allowed in the entire hotel and rooms. Guests are requested to smoke in the smoking corners in the lobby on the first floor, the large hall on the second floor, or the elevator hall on the third floor.
Even if you are staying in a smoking room, please refrain from smoking in bed since it may cause fire.

Check-out and lockup

◆ The lockup is 23:00. If you go in and out of the hotel exceeding the lockup time, please inform the front desk [ext.#9] in advance. When you come back to the hotel, call up the hotel staff using the intercom at the side of the entrance.
Guest Room
◆ The guest room doors do not lock automatically. Please make sure to lock your door before leaving or sleeping.
◆ When using the extension phone, pick up the receiver and dial the room number you want to call.
◆Yukata are available in the guest rooms. Other sizes are available in front of the elevator on each floor.
◆ Cotton, cotton buds, hairbrushes, headbands, shower caps, and razors are available at the front desk on the 1st floor for free. Please take as many as you need.
