Mr. Momofuku Ando, the founder of NISSIN FOODS, invented world’s first instant ramen “Chicken Ramen” with his creative idea and passion here in Ikeda City in 1958. With his desire to teach the importance of invention and discovery, he opened this Instant Ramen Museum in 1999.
