Seiken’s “Hatorazu Ringo” Apple Juice
Seiken’s straight juice
“Hatorazu Ringo 100”

There is a good reason for its delicious flavor.
Chefs and sommeliers around the world have acknowledged its excellence.
Received the “Two Star Superior Taste Award” by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi).

Five kinds of carefully selected Aomori apples, including Jonathan and Fuji, are stored in a temperature-controlled refrigerator and then squeezed to produce a pure straight apple juice with no water, sugar, or scent added.
This is why it is mild but soothing with a fresh finish. (About six apples are used to produce 1000 g of juice.)
This juice is manufactured in a factory with ISO 22000 certification.
[What is “Hatorazu Ringo”? (Apples with leaves on the tree)]
Apples are cultivated so that as many of the leaves as possible will remain on the tree.
For ordinary apple farming, leaves are removed from the trees to let more sunlight onto the apples, contributing to a more appealing reddish color.
In contrast, these “Hatorazu Ringo” apples are cultivated so that the leaves remain, making the apples nutrient-rich while keeping their original tasty flavor.
[Seiken’s seven commitments to quality]
Commitment - 1
Only tasty apples from Aomori Prefecture in Japan are used.
Commitment - 2
A fine balance is maintained by blending five kinds of apples according to the season.
Commitment - 3
Apples are squeezed with the skin intact, so that nutrients and flavor are preserved.
Commitment - 4
No sugar, water, or scent is added; it is pure, cloudy apple juice.
Commitment - 5
We offer quality juice at a reasonable price.
Commitment - 6
Year-round production and sales. We ensure a constant supply of fresh apples through refrigeration and controlled atmosphere refrigeration for storage.
Commitment - 7
The carton used for the juice is sturdy, easy to use, and light.
[Safe apple production]
In the Tsugaru area of Aomori Prefecture, the largest producer of apples in Japan, we are continuously working together with about 200 apple farmers who are dedicated to producing the tasty apples of “Hatorazu Ringo”.
With “Healthy trees produce healthy fruits,” as our motto, we are carefully growing safe apples using a cultivation method that is in harmony with nature and include top-dressing and scallop shells as fertilizer.
