Black koji-fermented liquid (KUROKOJI) is formulated at a high concentration.

Crafted by slowly fermenting Awayuki Komachi brown rice, grown with care in Akita, with a special black koji strain for about 10 days (240 hours). The result is a naturally derived Black koji-fermented liquid (KUROKOJI) rich in over 470 components.
