● Maternal and Child Health Handbook

After receiving the "Pregnancy Notification Form" from the hospital, you can complete the procedures at the Child and Family Center. You will receive a "Mother and Child Health Handbook" and a "Pregnant Woman and Child Health Check-up Ticket."

●Birth support gifts

When you receive your "Mother and Child Health Handbook," you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and have an interview. If you apply, you will receive a 50,000 yen birth support gift.

● Supportive consultation service

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and have an interview when you receive your Maternal and Child Health Handbook, around the eighth month of pregnancy, and again when your baby is born.

Hello Baby Visit

A public health nurse will visit homes with babies who are 1-2 months old to measure their weight and explain about health checkups.

●Childcare support gifts

During the "Hello Baby Visit" a questionnaire and interview will be conducted. If you apply, you will receive a child-rearing support gift of 50,000 yen.
