It is the handmade ramen shop of particular attention since its establishment in Akabane in 1974 (Showa 50 years).

Eggs·Preservatives·Adhesive coagulants etc not used · Hand-picked wheat flour and alkaline ion water · Hand-made noodles kneaded with only a small amount of salt and salt are gentle to the body and can be eaten safely from children to elderly people.
