We opened in Sendagi, Tokyo in 2005, and are one of the few specialized Tsukemen shops that ignited the nationwide craze for Tsukemen.
Our rich seafood and pork soup stock is made by carefully extracting seafood stock, and by stewing pork thighs and chicken at high heat for two full days, then finally blending them all into one.
And our original noodles are a special blend of udon flour and bread flour, to realize the unique aroma, texture and sensation that make our noodles stand out.
In addition, our soup stock features "Yaki Ishi" which is a special process of re-heating the soup that has once gone cold.
