Because we will store your baggage before your check-in time and deliver it to your accommodation, you can go out for your Tokyo sightseeing right after arriving in Shinjuku.

The following items will not be accepted: items that exceed 300,000 yen in value per packing; paper bags; bags that are not securely closed; items that are weak against pressure and cannot be piled beneath other items; two or more items that are tied together with a string; items that could fall; other items that are described in the TA-Q-BIN delivery service contract stipulated by Yamato Transport with regards to items that cannot be handled.

Compensation
In the event that the baggage is lost or impaired, we will compensate damages up to 300,000 yen as the maximum liability amount in accordance with the TA-Q-BIN delivery service contract stipulated by Yamato Transport.

Q.What happens if I cannot pick up the baggage at the airport?

A. If you cannot pick up the baggage on the same day, please call the Baggage Counter. Please be aware that a storage fee of 500 yen (excluding tax) will be charged per day at the JAL ABC Departure Baggage Delivery Service Counter (international flight).
