Takahata radish grated ponzu vinegar
Employees use daikon radish cultivated in their own farm. The harvested radish is transported to the factory as it is and grated while it is fresh, and it becomes Takahata radish grated ponzu. Fresh ponzu vinegar with seasonal citrus scent added with Yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture and Sudachi juice from Tokushima Prefecture. You can enjoy grilled fish as well as warm vegetables and pork shabu.
