Welcome to Nara-Heijokyo in spring.
A spring event held at Heijo Palace Site, the World Heritage. Enjoy ancient events such as the Tempyo-Parade, the recreation of how the Imperial Guard, and a Falconry. in addition, enjoy "To-ichi Sai-ichi", market of foods in Nara.

<Venue> Suzaku-mon Hiroba Square at Heijo Palace Site (Free entry)
* A 20-minute walk from Yamato-Saidaiji Station and a 15-minute bus from JR Nara Station West Gate

■ Heijokyo-Tempyo-Parade ~The imperial decree of moving capital to Heijo~
Successive Emperors, Nobles, and Officers of the Heijokyo period parade the Suzaku-Oji Street, and Emperor Gemmei issued "The imperial decree of moving capital to Heijo".

■ The recreation of how the Imperial Guard
A recreation of how the Imperial Guard, who once protected the streets of Heijokyo, once appeared. Spearers, archers, and drums march solemnly by the captain's signal. A photo session will be held on the Kentoshi-sen Ship.

A tour of Heijo Palace Site, the World Heritage. Can visit the seismic isolator in the basement of Daigoku-den Hall.

<Capacity> 20 peoples for each time

■ To-ichi Sai-ichi
Stalls inspired by "ichi",market of the past, line up in "To-ichi Sai-ichi". A lot of foods in Nara.
■ Monodukuri-Hiroba
Can experience making things hand made.

■ Tempyo Costume Dressing Experience
<charge> 30 minutes 500 yen, 60 minutes 1000 yen
