Overview
This park features a Western-style garden filled with flowers. In spring and fall, a range of different rose breeds are in blossom, as well as cherry blossoms in April.

From Kasai Rinkai Koen Station on the JR Keiyo Line Take Toei Bus Route No. [臨海28甲] to Ichinoe Station and get off at Sogo Recreation Koen.
