The tennis courts and all-purpose courts can be used by the public. This park contains equipment and items needed to help out in a disaster.

From Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line Take any of Toei Bus Route No. [西葛20甲] to Nagisa New Town, Toei Bus Route No. [西葛20乙] to Kasai Rinkai Koen Station, Toei Bus Route No. [西葛20乙] to Rinkai Shako, and get off at Naka-Kasai 7-Chome.
From Kasai Rinkai Koen Station on the JR Keiyo Line Take Toei Bus Route No. [西葛20乙] to Nishi-Kasai Station and get off at Naka-Kasai 7-Chome.
From Funabori Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line Take Toei Bus Route No. [臨海22] to Rinkai Shako and get off at Naka-Kasai 7-Chome.

Contains items that will be needed 2-3 days after a disaster for each evacuation site.
Main items stocked
Pots, kettles, carpets, blankets, water dispensers, boats
Normally used as a bench, in a disaster it can be used as a cooking stove.
