■ Baggage room

There are Luggage Counters on the first and fourth floors in the north and south of Terminal 1 Building. The luggage counter in the north is Kansai Airport Baggage Service and the luggage counter in the south is JAL ABC.
The rates are ¥620 for suitcases (1 day), ¥360 for Boston bags (1 day), ¥1,030 for coats (for up to 4 days. From the 5th day ¥210 is added each day), and ¥1,030 for large luggage, such as surfboards (1 day).

■ Luggage Carts

Approx. 2,500 luggage carts are available inside Terminal 1/Terminal 2 Building, the airport station and car parking. 
Use within the terminal buildings is from the station, car parking, bus stop, or taxi rank to in front of the security checkpoint for departures; and from the luggage collection area to the station, car parking, bus stop, or taxi rank for arrivals. 
There are approx. 180 carts after the immigration outbound counter in Terminal 1 Building International Outbound Area.
Please use these. 

Notes:
・Within Terminal 1 Building, carts cannot be used at Machiyakoji and Kanku Minami Norenmachi on the second floor, and the restaurant floor on the third floor. Please use the luggage counters on the first and fourth floors or the coin lockers on the second floor.
・Do not take your luggage out of your sight. 
・Please return the carts to the designated areas. 
・Use the carts at your own risk.
